Corporate Social Responsibility is the business response to the sustainable development challenge and the way in which it manages its processes to produce an overall positive impact on its employees and their families as well as that of the local community and society at large. While we run our business in line with the expectations of our clients, we also see corporate responsibility as a discipline that helps us manage risks and maximize on the opportunities available to us in a changing world. We understand that our business activities impact on the environment, society and economy directly and indirectly; directly in the way we run our own business and indirectly in the property advice we give to clients.
Our Corporate Governance Policies are used by the leadership of SolutionOne Pty Ltd in decision making and we expect all owners and employees to adhere to these policies and related operating procedures. We are committed to understanding, monitoring and managing our social, environmental and economic impact to enable us to contribute to society’s wider goal of sustainable development. This commitment is deeply ingrained in our core values and we aim to demonstrate these responsibilities through our actions and within our corporate policies.
At SolutionOne, we define Corporate Social Responsibility as follows:

In alignment with our Statement on Business Conduct and Ethics, we will ensure that all matters of Corporate Social Responsibility are considered and supported in our operations and administrative matters and are consistent with our stakeholders’ best interests. SolutionOne Pty Ltd is committed to being recognized as an entity that adds significant value for our local community. This Policy applies to activities undertaken by or on behalf of SolutionOne Pty Ltd.
All SolutionOne Pty Ltd employees, suppliers and contractors are to adopt the Corporate Social Responsibility considerations described in this policy into their day-to-day work activities. We expect our Heads of Department to be role models for all employees by incorporating these considerations into decision- making in any and all business activities. Our Heads of Department ensure that appropriate organizational structures are in place to effectively identify, monitor, and manage Corporate Social Responsibility issues and performance relevant to our business.

Being a socially and environmentally conscious company, operating in full compliance with the local laws and regulations regarding the ethical, corporate governance, labour, health and safety, and environmental compliance of the countries/states/ locations within which we conduct business.
SolutionOne Pty Ltd is doing all possible to ensure our environmental impact is kept to a minimum which includes the use of alternative energy sources in our Head Office (solar) and recycling to decrease landfill (developing relationships with companies to recycle old computer hardware when no longer in use.
