In all interactions with Department representatives, schools and other STs you must conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Department and SolutionOne’s values, directions, policies and guidelines.
Support the Department’s endeavours to support and enhance the adoption of digital technologies by Schools.
Support the Department with the deployment and support of IT projects and initiatives within each allocated School
|End user support||
Support all aspects of technology for end users including the installation, maintenance, configuration, fault diagnosis.
Support the installation, maintenance, configuration, fault diagnosis and resolution regarding all aspects of Department-owned and School-owned servers, storage, and backup, wired and wireless network infrastructure and internet connectivity.

At all times ensure technical devices and software is securely deployed, configured and maintained
Incident management, documentation, ICT Planning
Maintain skills and knowledge of current technologies utilised in schools will be required along with maintaining any specialist training required by the Department as required.
