Phone duties |
Primary Team member to answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with accurate detail.

Reception duties |
Team member to greet visitors, welcoming, directing and announcing them effectively.

Email management |
Management of the primary Corporate Support Mailbox.

Live Chat |
Respond to customer requests and queries via Live Chat and directing accordingly.
|
Quoting |
Prepare quotes for clients and at the request of Engineers.
Check stock levels and compatibility.
Quote renewals as required.
|
Internal Systems - Administration |
Utilise internal ticketing and billing systems.
Maintain client documentation to keep accurate centralised records.
Admin onboarding tasks for Business Support new clients.
Admin scheduled report tasks for our Business Support clients.

Engineer Scheduling |
Work with Engineer and clients to schedule onsite and remote service calls escalating to the Service Delivery Manager.
|
Escalation |
Identify when a ticket requires technical escalation and use correct escalation process or when a ticket requires technical escalation that other Engineers are working.
|
Office admin |
Perform other duties, accepting payments, shopping for office supplies and tearoom supplies, preparing refreshments for clients, catering etc, working with external suppliers as required (cleaners, rubbish collections, first aid, trades).

Uniform Admin |
Management of uniform orders for new and existing staff.
|
Fleet Management |
Tracking fuel consumption and signing off invoices.
Updating Roadside insurance with third party companies.
Tracking KMs and booking services.
Tracking use of eTag’s and signing off on invoices.
Maintain internal car logbook.
Management of speeding or parking fines received.
Management of Insurance Claims for vehicles in conjunction with CFO.
