QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
  • Efficiently processing quote requests and sales orders.
  • Maintaining precise sales records and client database management.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support: Process and manage quote requests efficiently to support the sales team in selling ICT solutions to educational institutions. Assist in the preparation and administration of sales proposals and contracts. Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure comprehensive support is provided for all sales activities.

Client Communication: Act as a primary administrative contact for clients, providing prompt responses to inquiries and maintaining high standards of customer service. Collect and input client information into the CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date records are kept.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales progress and administrative activities to support strategic sales planning.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sales administrative processes and enhance efficiency within the team. Engage in ongoing professional development to keep abreast of the latest industry trends in ICT for education.

Adhoc Duties: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the sales manager to support the broader sales team’s objectives.


WHAT TO BRING TO THE ROLE?

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
