Privacy:
1. SolutionOne may disclose the following information relating to The Customer in accordance with clauses 2 & 3:
1.1 Customers name and address;
1.2 credit limits;
1.3 The amount of any payments which are overdue for at least 60 days;
1.4 Where an overdue payment has been previously reported advice that the payment is no longer overdue;
1.5 Any method of payment including, but not limited to, cheques, electronic funds transfer & cash;
1.6 Information that, in the opinion of SolutionOne, The Customer has committed a serious credit infringement and
1.7 Information that SolutionOne has ceased to supply the Products and services to The Customer
2. The Customer agrees to SolutionOne collecting, using and disclosing information about The Customer of the kind referring to in clause 1 for various purposes including to:
2.1 assess creditworthiness
2.2 supply the Products and Services to The Customer and the management of The Customer’s account including suppliers
2.3 communicate with The Customer about the Products and Services which SolutionOne partners or affiliates may provide to the Customer
2.4 implement The Terms and Conditions as outlined on this website
2.5 comply with relevant laws.
3. SolutionOne, at the written request of The Customer, will:
3.1 provide The Customer with access to any personal information relating to The Customer held by SolutionOne; and
3.2 Correct or amend any personal information relating to The Customer held by SolutionOne which is inaccurate or out of date
4. SolutionOne will handle The Customer’s personal information in according with relevant Laws.
Confidentiality
1. SolutionOne will not disclose any information relating to The Customer unless written authorisation to use confidential information is provided by the person(s) to whom the information relates.
2. SolutionOne understands that at times they will see or hear confidential information with regards to The Customer or The Customer’s Customers. This information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any one, not even another SolutionOne employee, unless the information directly relates to a problem(s) to which SolutionOne has been asked to fix. In the event that the information will need to be passed on to a SolutionOne employee it will remain within SolutionOne and not be passed on to anyone who isn’t a current employee of SolutionOne without the written consent of The Customer.
3. If you send an email to SolutionOne, SolutionOne reserves the right to add that email address and any other address contained within the email to internal mailing lists. SolutionOne will not disclose any email addresses to another person or organisation without your consent, except in the unlikely event of an investigation by a law enforcement agency.
4. SolutionOne is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of other web sites which may be accessed via links from the SolutionOne Web site or from emails sent form SolutionOne.
