1. Invoices are due & payable as per terms outlined in this invoice.
2. Balances 30 days or more accrue 1.5% service fee for each month or portion thereof such balance remains due.
3. All goods remain the property of SolutionOne until fully paid for.
4. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods.
5. Return/Repair of faulty goods is to go directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise agreed upon with SolutionOne.
6. Invoices are subject to Freight charges at the discretion of SolutionOne.
7. SolutionOne is not liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, interest costs or expenses or for loss of use, data or loss of profits or wages, whether or not SolutionOne knew such damages might be incurred.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice.
9. SolutionOne will not refund amounts paid for services actually rendered.
10. All monitoring agreements to be paid in advance by credit card or direct debit.
11. If payment does not clear on its due day all agreements will cease until payment is cleared.
12. Monthly fees are deducted once a month on the first day of the month.
13. Either party reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time in writing with at least one month's notice.
14. Free hours do not accumulate.

16. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise indicated
17. All credit card information is kept strictly confidential and is transmitted using a secure payment gateway.
